Loved our stay at hotel and will be back. The stay here was wonderful during our vacation. The breakfast selection was marvellous with a good coffee and fresh fruit juices, for example. The staff was superfriendly and the owner too.

The location it has adjacent to the pond which runs through the grounds past the rooms-serenity and all the shops is good and beautiful.

Over the Easter weekend, I had a wonderful experience at a resort that I would recommend to anyone. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always serving with a smile that made me feel at home. The breathtaking landscaping, pool area, and garden were impeccably maintained and a tranquil atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious and served in a beautiful setting beside a small pond with fish that swam about. I loved how the hotel provided an affordable scooter rental service for guests to explore the surrounding area on their own.

While the location was peaceful and quiet, it was a distance from the beach, and may not be suitable for those who want to be near the beachfront. The shower area in the room was not well designed, resulting in water overflowing on the bathroom floor.

The beautiful landscaping at Jivana Resort truly made it a paradise. The comfortable beds and clean rooms were exceptional. I especially loved the hot semi-outdoor shower, it was a unique experience. The pool was fantastic, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding, and the coffee was just perfect. The Wi-Fi was good, and it was just a short walk to the main strip of Kuta and the beach. Despite some minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a relaxing and comfortable resort in Kuta. The location was perfect, with the beach just 15 minutes away and the main street with shops and restaurants only 5 minutes away. The room and bed were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the proximity to loud mosques and the occasional inconsistency with ordering additional coffee during breakfast, these did not significantly impact our overall experience.

The bungalow I stayed in had a beautiful garden area and an awe-inspiring indoor/outdoor shower. The high ceilings and clever joinery added a visual appeal to the room. Secondly, the pool area was a great feature of this hotel. The huge pool with a sand beach made it an ideal spot for families. Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect. Not far from the center of Kuta, it offered a variety of restaurants, and being on the beach at Tanjung Aan was a real bonus.
